Transformations in Lighting Seminar Success!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend our Transformations in Lighting LED OLED seminar on April 26th. Close to 100 industry professionals attended the event sponsored by Juno Lighting, Standard Products, WAC Lighitng, Hadco Philips, Aquabrass, Riobel and Fleurco.

Transformations in Lighting 2012

Solid State – LED – OLED – Lighting seminar April 26th Norburn Burnaby

Transformations in Lighting 2012 will provide a unique environment for designers, architects, electricians, landscape lighting specialist, home builders and specifiers to learn about the components and design of LED Lighting

Solid state lighting is a game changing technology. The rules for designing with light now have to be rewritten as this technology offers the designer new opportunities. LEDs can be applied in their thousands in luminaires or embedded in the architecture, and all could be controlled individually to obtain the perfect lighting design. These developments are  exciting but we need to understand how they will enhance people’s lives for the better. For this workshop, the aim is to explore new ways of interacting with light that suits our ideas for the future and exploits the possibilities of the LED.

Three guest speakers will  share insights on the state of the industry and the many problems end users are facing. Food and Refreshments will be provided. Door Prizes including an IPAD 3
